About the VALD Marketing Team

The VALD Marketing team is a diverse team of specialists who work globally across multiple VALD brands and market segments. The Marketing team collaborates across a broad range of departments - Product Strategy, Manufacturing, Engineering, Commercial and Finance – helping shape the client experience and the overall public perception of VALD. The Marketing team guides the client experience to ensure it is on-brand, unified and positive.

This is a permanent full-time position based out of VALD’s HQ in Newstead.

What you will do

You will serve as a central point of contact for VALD’s departments, providing support, updates on project progress and addressing their marketing needs effectively.

Working as part of our passionate marketing team, you will help:

  • Support and project manage projects across creative, research, design, social, and digital.
  • Manage initiatives to enhance VALD’s client experience.
  • Maintain currency of the Marketing Team WIP.
  • Assist cross-functional project teams and stakeholder groups as required to ensure opportunities and initiatives are prioritised and effectively promoted.
  • Support the development of monthly reports on marketing activities and assets.
  • Coordination of events/conferences, including managing updating assets, printing, merchandising and content to meet critical deadlines.
  • You’ll be the critical point of contact for other VALD departments who may seek marketing support, updates on the progress of marketing projects and discussing requirements.
  • Service our teams across the globe, spanning multiple time zones.

Is this you?

You are passionate about the digital world, social media and ideally, the health, fitness and sports segments. The following attributes and qualifications will drive technical success:

  • 2-3 years previous experience in B2B/Product Marketing or a fast-paced coordination role
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • You're highly organised, you have a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects
  • You're a self-starter that loves a fast-paced environment and used to working to deadlines
  • You’ve got experience in managing end to end marketing campaigns
  • You are tech-savvy, you have previous experience with CRM software & email marketing
  • You can critically analyse information and share feedback effectively to a multidisciplinary marketing team
  • You’re a people-person, a confident communicator both written and verbally.
