About the role
An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated and enthusiastic lawyer with corporate and commercial experience to join our legal team. This is an exciting time to join one of the fastest growing sports and health technology companies in the world, working on a broad range of legal matters supporting VALD’s vision to democratize access to human measurement technology.
This role will report directly to VALD's CFO and General Counsel and play a crucial part in providing expert legal advice. As a result, you will have an opportunity to see the inner workings of a fast-growing technology company.

You will negotiate, draft and review commercial contracts, manage disputes, and offer strategic legal guidance across multiple departments.
